(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of an appropriate direction to respondents no.1 to 5 to arrest respondents no.6 to 10 being accused in FIR no.915 dated 06.09.2018 under Sections 304-B/34/498-A IPC registered at Police Station Hisar Sadar.

Deceased Neelam, whose marriage was solemnised with respondent no.6-Paramjeet on 09.12.2016, has died on 06.09.2018. As per order dated 26.02.2019 which has been downloaded from the official website of the trial Court, challan has already been presented in the case and charges have been framed against Paramjeet, Santosh and Dharampal i.e. respondents no.6, 8 and 9 respectively.

In view of the aforesaid development, when the charges in the case have already been framed and case is pending for 18.10.2019 for ASHWANI KUMAR 2019.08.09 10:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-45059 of 2018 -2prosecution evidence, this Court finds that prayer of the petitioner to arrest respondents no.6 to 10 or to conduct fair and impartial investigation no more survives.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
