NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that learned Trial Court has released the petitioner on bail while exercising jurisdiction under Section 167(2), Cr.P.C., and as such, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Nirpinder Singh of Police Station, Passiana, District Patiala, has also supported the above submission.
