Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of FIR No. 103 dated 10.5.2010, registered under Section(s) 341, 323 & 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana, quashing of summoning order dated 2.1.2013 and order dated 8.8.2013, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Khanna, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender.

Petitioner was summoned as accused under Section 319 Cr.P.C. in the above noted case and she was declared as proclaimed offender on 8.8.2013 and since then she is making mockery of the entire system. Thus, there is no ground to quash the impugned FIR, summoning order dated 2.1.2013 and 8.8.2013, whereby petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender and present petition stands dismissed.
