(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record compliance of orders dated 22.11.2018 by way of certified copies of the statements of the parties recorded before the court of learned Additional District Judge, Mohali, to which the complainant/respondent no. 2 has made statement along with her counsel that she is satisfied over the statements before the court below. In the light of the same and that parties have resolved their dispute, orders dated 21.11.2017 are made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
