Mr. Pritam Saini, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Rupam Aggarwal, DAG, Punjab, for the respondent/State Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 9.2.2017 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
