Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to the official respondents to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 5 to 8. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that petitioner No.1 Hardevi has eight daughters only and no son and her son-in-law, with an intention to grab the property, are threatening to pass on the share of the entire property without any reason and on 13.11.2017, after coming to the house of petitioner, she was given beatings and threaten to eliminate her. Petitioner No.1 has made representation dated 13.11.2017 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Karnal but the same remained unattended.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Karnal, is directed to look into the representation dated Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.11.21 16:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
