Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of a direction to respondents No.1 to 6 to take action against respondents No.7 to 10 for committing cognizable offence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner only prays for the relief that the representations dated 07.10.2015 (Annexure P-1) and representation dated 19.11.2015 (Annexure P-2) moved to respondent No.4, by the petitioner be considered and he does not press the other relief asked in this petition. In view of above, respondent No.4 is directed to look into the said representations (Annexures P-1 and P-2) only for the purpose of protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members, as per law. Further, if respondent No.4 is satisfied that there is threat to the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members, then to take necessary steps, as per law. With aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
