(ORAL) Mr. Aman Dhir, DAG, Punjab appears on advance notice submits that the claim of the petitioner raised vide representation Annexure P-2 already stands rejected vide order dated 24th of April, 2023. Copy thereof has been supplied to counsel for petitioner. Faced with the situation, Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one by incorporating challenge to the order dated 24th of April, 2023 in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
