**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 227 dated 27.8.2015 registered at Police Station Narwana Sadar, District Jind under Sections 376-D, 452, 365, 506 IPC and Section 3 of SC and ST Act, 1989 and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.9.2015. 6 witnesses out of 17 witnesses have been examined.

The minor girl aged 141⁄2 years was raped by Deep. The allegation against the petitioner was that he caught hold of her legs while the other person named by the minor had raped her. The FIR had been lodged at the instance of the minor. The minor stood by her statement before the Magistrate and also before the Court giving the same version.

I am not inclined to grant bail.
