HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J By way of filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioners are praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to take action against respondent Nos.6 & 7 for raising illegal construction against the sanctioned site plan. With regard to their grievances, the petitioners are stated to have submitted a representation to respondent No.3 but no action thereon has been taken so far. The petitioners state that they would be content and interest of justice would be advanced if the representation dated 29.08.2019 (P.10) made by them is considered and decided in accordance with law.
