(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Badal Chaprana in case FIR NO.734 dated 04.09.2017 registered under Section 188 IPC and Sections 4/5 of the P.L.P.A. Act, at Police Station Surajkund, Faridabad. This is a case of illegal encroachment of forest land, may be worth crores of rupees and the petitioner is not ready to remove the encroachments. Petitioner seems to be a land grabber. At this stage, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
