RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.121 dated 17.06.2012 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 326 and 452 IPC at Police Station Ambala Sadar, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). Pursuant to the order dated 21.11.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 28.11.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambala, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.584 dated 28.11.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Ambala vide letter No.30819 dated 30.11.2017.
According to the report, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is with their free will & consent and without any pressure or coercion on either side.

-2CRM-M-44164 of 2017 Magistrate dated 28.11.2017 and the fact that the compromise will bring harmony in relations between the parties, FIR No.121 dated 17.06.2012 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 326 and 452 IPC at Police Station Ambala Sadar, is hereby quashed, subject to costs of ` 10,000/- to be deposited with the State Legal Services Authority, Haryana. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
Adjourned to 20.12.2017 with regard to deposit of costs by the petitioners.
