Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 976 dated 19.09.2018 registered under Sections 323, 342, 388, 389, 420 and 506 IPC at Police Station Chandni Bagh, District Panipat. On instructions from ASI Sukhan Pal, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 11.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
