At the outset, counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance to the order dated 18.12.2023, vide receipt No.1078, dated 26.02.2024, cost amount of Rs.2000/-, has already been deposited. In this regard, photocopy of the receipt has been produced in Court, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place.

Further, counsel for the petitioners informs that dispute between the petitioners and respondents No.5 to 8, has been amicably resolved, and therefore, he has received the required instructions from the petitioners to not to pursue proceedings of the present writ petition and to withdraw the same.
