RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Gulshan Lal, ASI, Police Station Chheharta, Amritsar, submits that in compliance of the order dated 10.1.2013 passed by this court and also the order dated 14.7.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Amritsar (Annexure P-1), report under Section 202 Cr.P.C has already been presented to the learned court of competent jurisdiction, rendering the present petition as infructuous. This seems to be the reason that after issuance of notice of motion, vide order dated 10.1.2013, none has ever shown any inclination to argue the matter for more than two and half years and the case is pending decision for no good reasons.
