(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer made in the present writ petition is for directing the respondents to preserve the call details of the official, witness, accused and the complainant for the period of alleged occurrence on 05.07.2021 in case bearing FIR No.158 dated 05.07.2021 under Sections 3/25/29/3(1)/4/5(1)(a)/6(a) of PNDT (R&P) Act, 1994.
Notice of motion was issued on 31.05.2022 for today in view of urgency pleaded in the case.
Prayer is to preserve the call details before expiry of one year as the said period is going to expire on 05.07.2022. JYOTI SHARMA 2022.06.02 19:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP No. 12243 of 2022 -2Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Shukarpal Siraswal, H.P.S., Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ratia and submits that though there is no specific reply corresponding to the prayer made by the petitioner, but he has instructions to state that call details of the official, witness, alleged accused and the complainant (if at all the call details are existing as on date) shall be preserved in respect of occurrence dated 05.07.2021.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, this writ petition is disposed of.
