 Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has filed reply which is taken on record subject to payment of Rs.10000/- as costs to be deposited in favour of Poor Patient Fund, PGIMER, Chandigarh. The reply is accompanied by an order dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure R-1) which is an order passed by the respondents in compliance of the order dated 13.11.2024 passed in Civil Writ Petition No. 29641 of 2024. Since compliance of the order dated 13.11.2024 has been made beyond the period of eight weeks prescribed by this Court, thus the petitioner has been compelled to approach this Court by filing this contempt petition where considerable time of this Court has been wasted which could have been utilized in deciding more pressing matters and therefore, respondents are directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as costs to the petitioner for being compelled to initiate this avoidable piece of litigation. Since compliance of the order dated 13.11.2024 has been made by passing a speaking order (Annexure R-1), the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
