None for the complainant.

     Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.114 dated 21.11.2015, registered under Sections 4980A, 406 and 506 IPC, Police Station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 28.12.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has cooperated. Learned counsel for the petitioners further states that the complainant had not appeared for mediation.

Report from the mediation has been received.

Learned State counsel on instructions has stated that the petitioners have joined the investigation.

       Looking to all these circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 28.12.2015 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
