(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.448 dated 24.08.2012 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 167 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Nuh, District Mewat, on the basis of compromise dated 11.09.2017 (Annexure P-2).
Pursuant to the order dated 21.11.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 27.11.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mewat, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.2146 dated 30.11.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Mewat vide letter No.4544/S.34 dated 01.12.2017.
According to the report, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate is satisfied that the parties have compromised the matter amicably with their Ravinder Singh 2017.12.15 14:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document free will and without any pressure from any corner. Considering the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate dated
-2CRM-M-44178 of 2017 30.11.2017 and the fact that the compromise will bring harmony in relations between the parties, FIR No.448 dated 24.08.2012 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 167 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Nuh, District Mewat, is hereby quashed, subject to costs of ` 10,000/- to be deposited with the State Legal Services Authority, Haryana. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
Adjourned to 20.12.2017 with regard to deposit of costs by the petitioners.
