*** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing cross case bearing DDR No.22 dated 08.09.2017, under Sections 323, 324, 34 and 120-B IPC (P-1) connected with cross case bearing FIR No.83 dated 06.09.2017, under Sections 452, 323, 427, 506 and 34 IPC, Police Station Sadar Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur (1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 01.10.2018 (P-2).
Pursuant to order dated 11.10.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 17.11.2018 for recording their statements. Learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cum-Judicial Magistrate Ist SONIKA 2019.03.20 18:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh Class, Malerkotla (Sangrur), has submitted her report vide letter bearing
CRM-M-45126 of 2018 --2-- No.513 dated 30.11.2018 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Sangrur, vide Endst. No.8210/EB dated 30.11.2018. According to the report, ld. Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cumJudicial Magistrate Ist Class, Malerkotla (Sangrur) is satisfied that compromise has been reached between the parties voluntarily and without any pressure.
Receipts regarding deposit of costs of `15,000/- have already been taken on record on 08.03.2019.
Considering the report of ld. Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cumJudicial Magistrate Ist Class, Malerkotla (Sangrur) dated 30.11.2018 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid cross case bearing DDR No.22 dated 08.09.2017, under Sections 323, 324, 34 and 120-B IPC (P-1) connected with cross case bearing FIR No.83 dated 06.09.2017, under Sections 452, 323, 427, 506 and 34 IPC, Police Station Sadar Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only.
Disposed of accordingly.
