****** ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for granting permission to the petitioners to travel abroad for some specific period and for issuance of directions to the trial Court to release the passport of the petitioners, for which an application has already been moved and the same is still pending. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the application moved by the petitioners seeking releasing of passports and granting permission to them to travel abroad is pending before the trial Court since 12.12.2017. Learned counsel has referred to the subsequent orders passed by the trial Court to show that the application has not been decided and a long date i.e. 11.02.2019 is given now. Learned counsel restricts his arguments to the extent that a direction may be issued to the trial Court to decide the said application expeditiously.
