**** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.508 dated 10.08.2015, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad (P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 21.11.2017 of this Court, parties appeared before the trial Court on 19.12.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned D/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehabad has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.1383 dated 21.12.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Fatehabad, vide letter bearing No.12009 dated 22.12.2017.

CRM-M-44190 of 2017 --2-- Fatehabad is satisfied that compromise in between complainant party Anguri Bai, Chanda, Kariya, Ram Pyari and Jogi Ram and the accused persons namely Parhlad Singh, Kamla Bai, Sonu Devi @ Vidhya Devi @ Chhoti, appears to be genuine, voluntary, without any coercion and undue influence. Rajiv Kumar has been declared proclaimed offender. Considering the report of learned D/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehabad, dated 21.12.2018 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.508 dated 10.08.

2015 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed qua the petitioners only, subject to payment of costs of `15,000/-, out of which `2,000/- shall be deposited with the Bar Association of Punjab and Haryana High Court and `13,000/- with the Poor Patients' Welfare Fund of the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh within three weeks from today, failing which this petition shall be deemed to be dismissed. The FIR shall remain in force against respondents No.7 to 10 in view of the fact that no compromise has been effected qua them with the complainant party.

Disposed of accordingly.
