On the instructions of ASI Manjit Singh it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation. There are no specific allegations against the petitioner of having committed the act of misappropriation. The only allegation against him is that he had purchased the car from Gurpreeet Singh and dismantled the same. The offence at the most would fall under part (iii) of Section 201 IPC, which is bailable. The petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
