Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of FIR No.367 dated 27.08.2019 under Section 174-A IPC registered at Police Station Sector 5, Panchkula (Annexure P1) and all consequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 10.03.2023 (Annexure P2).
Mr. Rajat Pabbi, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and files Vakalatnama which is taken on record. Learned State Counsel informs that subsequent to filing of present FIR, the petitioner has appeared before the learned trial Court. It is submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and thereafter, the petitioner is appearing before the learned trial Court as is evident from order dated 13.09.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Panchkula in CIS No.CHI-476-2017 titled as "State of Haryana Vs. Abhishek Verma Etc."
