The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.213 dated 20.12.2025 under Sections 64 and 351(1) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act (Section 64(2) of BNS and Section 6 of POCSO Act added later on), (Section 64 of BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of POCSO Act deleted later on), registered at Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka.
