CRM-M-44206-2017 In view of submission of learned State counsel and the fact that the matter has been investigated twice, no further direction is required. It is for the Trial Court to look into the final report filed by the police where the petitioner will be at liberty to raise all the pleas including the plea taken in this petition.

The petitioner has also sought departmental action against tainted police officials, who had tempered with the record. There is no order by the Trial Court to this effect. It will be seen by the trial Court after presentation of final report, as to whether there is any substance in the above plea raised by the petitioner.

Disposed of accordingly.
