(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners argues that the petitioners are entitled for the grant of ACP Scale in view the judgment of this Court passed in CWP-883-2015 titled as 'Vijay Kumar Vs. State of Haryana and others', decided on 13.06.2016 (Annexure P-6), but the prayer of the petitioners is not being accepted by the respondents and that too with any valid justification.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that even though the prayer of the petitioners has already been forwarded for acceptance to the competent authority, but no decision has been taken on the same so far. CWP-11746-2021 -2served a legal notice dated 08.05.2020 (Annexure P-11), which is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioners will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.3 to decide the said legal notice by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Mr. Sharad Aggarwal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and raises no objection with regard to prayer of the petitioners for deciding the legal notice dated 08.05.2020 (Annexure P-11) by respondent No.3 in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioners in legal notice dated 08.05.2020 (P-11), respondent No.3 is directed to decide the legal notice dated 08.05.2020 (Annexure P-11) by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Present writ petition stands disposed of.
