Allegation against the petitioner is that he has sold 21⁄2 kilograms of poppy husk to non-applicant co-accused Ranjodh Singh @ Jodha who was apprehended with the contraband. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that apart from the disclosure statement of the apprehended non-applicant co accused there is absolutely no material making out a case against the present petitioner under Section 15 or 27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1985.
