CRM-M-45153-2018 (O&M) the same parcel of land twice over by creating forged documents and for usurping earnest money of Rs.1 Crore paid by the petitioner in pursuance to agreement to sell dated 2.8.2017, in the interest of justice, equity and fair play."

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from police official assisting him, has informed the court that FIR No.249 dated 9.10.2018 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC has been registered at Police Station Sohana, District S.A.S. Nagar, and investigations are in progress.

In view thereof, the present petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
