Learned counsel for the respondent states that only the amount due towards the commuted pension is left qua which certain objections were raised by the Accountant General, which have since been removed. Further, the amount would be released to the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 3.
