ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 for taking legal action against respondents No.5 to 11 regarding commission of theft in the house of the petitioner. A perusal of the memo of parties show that the petitioner and respondent No.5 are real sister and brother. Counsel for the petitioner has restricted his argument only to the extent that respondent No.3 be directed to look into the matter and take appropriate action on the representation (Annexure P1) filed by the petitioner on 30.05.2017.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide/dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
