Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant states that he has no instructions in the matter and wishes to withdraw the power of attorney. The learned counsel further states that the appellant was duly informed that the counsel would be withdrawing his Vakalatnama in the absence of instructions.

Since no one else has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
