**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner and offer appointment letter to him, being having higher marks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against advertisement No.4/2015, the petitioner had applied for the post of Post Graduate Teacher (Chemistry) Category No.2 and that, though the petitioner has secured more marks than the last selected candidate, yet his candidature has not been considered by the respondent-Department. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has moved a representation dated 14.03.2023 (Annexure P-9), but the same has not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the said representation in a time bound manner. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 and 2 only, at this stage.

2023:PHHC:065615 CWP-9825-2023 (O&M) -2On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and 2-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, to decide the representation dated 14.03.2023 (Annexure P-9) moved by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the receipt of the certified copy of this order, by passing a speaking order, as per law.
