Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.4 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Panipat, District Panipat, Haryana, is directed to look into representation dated 23.03.2017 (Annexure P-4 (colly)) moved by the petitioners, in a time-bound manner.
