ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 20.02.2015 vide which the selection of Art & Craft Teachers was quashed and a direction was issued to hold fresh selection in accordance with law.

As per the compliance affidavit of the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, it is stated that in the final selection list, the petitioners were not found eligible as they have secured less marks than the cut-off marks of the General category and therefore, they were not selected.

Counsel for the State has submitted that even the petitioners have filed a writ petition i.e. CWP No.24339 of 2021, for redressal of their grievance.

In view of the above, no willful disobedience is made out. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
