(Oral) (1) Learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer for issuance of a direction to respondent No.3 to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioners under Section 10-A of Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 (for short 1961 Act) as applicable to Haryana within a time bound manner.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents have no objection to the acceptance of the afore alternate prayer made on behalf of the petitioners.

(4) The contesting parties through their respective counsel are directed to cooperate in the disposal of the petitioners aforesaid petition on the next date already fixed before respondent No.3. (5) Disposed of.
