(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing notice dated 06.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) in case FIR No.0036 dated 08.02.2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 471 IPC at Police Station Jakhal, District Fatehabad. Learned State counsel, placing on record order dated 21.09.2018 of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Tohana, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of quashing of impugned FIR and all consequent proceedings.
