(Oral) The petitioner is non-NET qualified and worked as Extension Lecturer (History) in Rajiv Gandhi Government College for Women, Bhiwani w.e.f 12.08.2013 to 15.04.2014, 06.08.2014 to 18.04.2015 and 11.07.2015 to 20.04.2016 and was relieved due to non availability of workload. Petitioner is now seeking that she may be reengaged keeping in view the workload and vacancy in the College. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation dated 15.04.2019 (Annexure P-5) stating therein that she be allowed to join as workload is still available in the College which is mentioned at Sr. No. 50, in letter dated 28.01.2019 (P4). Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondents No. 3 to look into representation dated 15.04.

2019 (Annexure P-5) and adjust the petitioner on vacant post at Sr. No. 50 of the letter dated 28.01.2019 (Annexure P-4), keeping in view judgment passed in CWP No. 16954-2015 tilted as Anurag Chahal and others vs. State of Haryana and another within a period of three months.
