Petitioner has filed instant petition for quashing of FIR No.11 dated 13.01.2025 under Sections 75, 127 (3) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 10 POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Kharar, District SAS Nagar, final report/challan dated 27.02.2025 (Annexure P-9) as well as all subsequent proceedings arisen therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present petition. In view of the aforesaid statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
