(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.66 dated 25.04.2022 registered under Sections 323, 427, 452, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Section 325 IPC added later on) at Police Station Kotwali, District Patiala.

Learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of orders dated 31.05.2022 and 30.09.2022, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for further investigation. In view of above, orders dated 31.05.2022 and 30.09.2022 passed by this Court are made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
