The petitioner is alleged to have duped the complainants by providing fake documents pertaining to employment. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had not promised the complainants anything beyond the above said assurance. I have heard counsel for the petitioner and gone through the police file. During investigation it has been found that the employment contracts, purported to have been issued from Kuwait, on verification from the Embassy, were found to be fake.

In view of the above, I do not find any extra ordinary exceptional circumstances to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.
