Jattana, Advocate For the appellants (in FAO-3307-2019) for respondents No. 1 and 2(in FAO-3085-2019)          Learned counsel for the parties submit that matter has been amicably settled under the Dues Recovery and Settlement Scheme, 2019-20. Copy of letter dated 17.05.2022 by Manager (P&S)-cum-Nodal Officer, DRSS 2019-20, PUNSUP to Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Punjab has been furnished in Court today. FAO-3085-2019 (O&M) -2- "

Please refer to your letter No. SA-4-P-3 (DRSS-201920)/2020/525 dated 08.10.2021 on the subject cited above. In this case, it is submitted that entire payment of Rs. 7,56,328/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Fifty Six Thousand Three Hundred & Twenty Eight only) made by PUNSUP vide UTR No. PUNBR52022051712648997 on 17.05.2022 in MD Pungrain, Account No. 39012822883, IFSC-SBIN007884 BANK-SBI (SME), Industrial Area, Phase-VII, Mohali i.e. (Rs.2,74,752/- +4,81,576/-=7,56,328/-) for the Settlement of M/s Hanuman Rice Traders, Sunam, District Sangrur for KMS 2009-10 under DRSS2019-20 Scheme.

You are requested to issue Letter of Final Settlement at the earliest please."

Learned counsel for PUNSUP submits that after completion of all requisite formalities, No Dues Certificate shall be issued by the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Punjab to the Miller. Learned counsel for the parties submit that in view of subsequent development of settlement between the parties as above, both these appeals are rendered infructuous.
