Petitioner has approached this Court alleging violation of order dated 12.08.2024, Annexure P-1, passed in CIS No. CRM-612-2024, by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kharar. 2.

When confronted with maintainability of the petition, whereby order passed by a Judicial Magistrate is alleged to have been violated, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant contempt petition.
