Prayer in the instant petition is made for grant of prearrest bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 322 dated 21.11.2014 for offences under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station Sadar, District Ferozepur.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kulwant Singh submits that original Will is lying with the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate in the mutation proceedings. It is further submitted that the veracity of the facts are being enquired into by the Superintendent of Police (D). It is also submitted that petitioners have joined the investigation.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted vide order dated 24.12.2014 is made absolute. Petitioners are also directed to keep on joining investigation as and when required and cooperate with the same. Petitioners shall also abide by the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Allowed in the above terms.
