*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.79 dated 09.07.2018, registered under Section 15 NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Jaito, District Faridkot, Punjab.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sikender Singh, states that the trial in the subject FIR ended in conviction of the petitioner through judgment dated 06.10.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridkot, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

Dismissed as infructuous.
