(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondent No.2 to submit the status report in FIR No.288 dated 05.12.2014 under Sections 406/420/465/467/468/471/120-B of IPC, 1860, PS Derabassi, District SAS Nagar as the official respondent Nos.3 and 4 in connivance with the accused persons have failed to take any action in the aforesaid FIR and till today neither any arrest has been made nor any investigation has been carried out in spite of dismissal of the bail application of the accused by this Court vide order dated 25.07.2017 (Annexure P-4) and also seeking direction to respondent No.2 for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satbir Singh submits that investigation in the present case is complete; challan has been presented; charges have been framed and the case is now fixed for 30.07.2023 before the Ld. Trial Court for prosecution evidence. He further submits that since the investigation is already complete and the charges have been framed, therefore, the instant petition has become rendered infructuous. Disposed of as having become rendered infructuous.
