Petitioner is incarcerated for the last two years. Trial of the case has not made much headway.

Learned State counsel submits that prosecution shall endeavor to lead its evidence as expeditiously as possible. In view of same, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh after some more prosecution evidence is lead.
