NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after withdrawal of the petition for grant of anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner, from this Court, the department after conducting a regular inquiry, has exonerated the petitioner, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one before Court of Session at Ludhiana, for grant of anticipatory bail.
