**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 282 of 2016 dated 20.7.2016 registered at Police Station Pataudi, District Gurgaon under Sections 342, 354-B, 379-A, 376, 511 IPC and Section 3 of SC and ST Act. Petitioner is in custody since 22.7.2016. The allegations of attempt to rape and 354-B IPC have been made. The statement given to the police and the statement given to the Magistrate have been perused. Admittedly, there is no MLR and the trial Court has adjourned the case to 30.3.2017. A long date has been given. The trial will take time. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate with the condition that the petitioner would not contact the Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2016.12.23 16:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
