ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) In view of the resolution of the Bar, the Lawyers are abstaining from work.

The petitioner pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.156 dated 28.12.2016 registered under Sections 324 read with Section 34 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later) at Police Station Kot Isah Khan, District Moga.

In pursuance to the order dated 22.11.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation.

ASI Major Singh, who is present in the Court has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 22.11.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
